My order never arrived or shows "delivered" but I didn't receive it?

Please understand that once your package leaves my hands it is out of my control. I rely on USPS to care and deliver your package in a timely manner. If USPS loses your package, please file a claim here. Dog's Life Apparel Co is not responsible for refunding or replacing lost/damaged packages. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally. 

 

How do I wash my dog bandana?

Since our products are handmade we recommend you wash them by hand. If necessary use a toothbrush with a small amount of soap to remove dirt or stains. It is best to use cold water and let sit to air dry. Once dried, gently iron the bandana for a smooth finished look. 

 

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately no. Since each product is made to order we do not accept returns. Please pay careful attention to the size chart to ensure you order the correct size. If you are unsure, always size up. For further assistance email us at help@dogslifeapparelco.com 

 

Can I use more than one coupon?

No - only one code at a time. Our models have unique codes for 10% off, check out our Instagram to find their codes! 

 

Can you participate in my Giveaway?

As much as we would love to participate in everyone's giveaway, we simply can't. We will only participate in our model's giveaways. Models are required to pay for shipping to their winner. 

 

How do I become a Model?

We host model searches quarterly. I encourage dogs of all breeds and ages to apply! Please understand that due to us being a small business we only accept about 5-6 models each quarter. Make sure to follow us on Instagram to know when our next search will be!
