The minimum fabric needed is at least a length of 24" by 2"
Please include your email address and how many you would like. I will send you an invoice for the minimum of 1 scrunchie. Once the invoice has been paid I will DM you the address to ship the fabric to. When the fabric arrives, I can always make additional scrunchies depending on how much material there is. An updated invoice will be sent back to the customer to pay before I ship the finished products back.
